Maturity Levels: DP (Dev Preview) → TP (Tech Preview) → GA (General Availability)

🟢 Conservative: ≤30 pts
🟡 Typical: 31-50 pts
🟠 Aggressive: 51-80 pts
🔴 Maximum: 81-140 pts (historical max within 90% CI)
