đ Track Current Release Cycles
Monitor progress on scheduled releases (3.4, 3.5, etc.)
- Select a release cycle from the dropdown
- View all 3 events: EA1, EA2, GA
- See metrics: feature count, story points, capacity status
- Review feature lists with status and priority
đ Draft Release Plans
View AI-recommended 2-year release plan (3.5-3.12)
- Plan Modes: Toggle between Baseline and Optimized (XL Split)
- Capacity Slider: Adjust per-event limit from 30 to 140 pts
- Sizing Badges: See how each feature was sized (JIRA / AI / Keyword)
- Split Indicators: Optimized mode shows Part 1/2 for XL splits
- Release Goals: Each release shows strategic objectives

Comprehensive backlog analysis and optimization
- Sizing Distribution: Breakdown of feature sizes with recommendations

Each RHOAI release has 3 events delivered quarterly:
- EA1: Early Access 1 (DP/TP features only)
- EA2: Early Access 2 (DP/TP features only)
- GA: General Availability (DP/TP/GA features)
Maturity Levels: DP (Dev Preview) â TP (Tech Preview) â GA (General Availability)

- đĸ Conservative: â¤30 pts
- đĄ Typical: 31-50 pts
- đ Aggressive: 51-80 pts
- đ´ Maximum: 81-140 pts (historical max within 90% CI)
Historical baseline: 27.5 pts/event median, 140 pts historical max release

- Fix Version: Committed and approved
- Target Version: Intended but not committed
- In Plan: Ranked in JIRA Advanced Roadmaps Plan
- Not in Plan: In RHAISTRAT project but not in plan

- Features show story points - auto-sized if not set in JIRA
- Drag features between events to rebalance capacity
- Watch capacity meters - stay under 80 pts per event
